Paulo César do Nascimento Fonseca, also called Tinga (born January 13, 1978 in Porto Alegre, Brazil) is a Brazilian defensive-midfielder, who currently plays for Borussia Dortmund of the Bundesliga.
Tinga played for Internacional until August 2006, when he helped the club win the Copa Libertadores for the first time by scoring a goal in the final match against São Paulo. Before joining Internacional, Tinga played for Grêmio and Botafogo of Brazil, Kawasaki Frontale of Japan and Sporting of Portugal. Has also been recalled to Brazil by new Manager Dunga against Switzerland for his 3rd Cap after a 5 year absence, on November 15, 2006.
