Pauline Nordin

Pauline Nordin is an IFBB fitness competitor, Pro Figure athlete, fitness model, actress, Certified Fitness Trainer and journalist. She was born in Ystad, Sweden and began training in 1999 and competing in 2002. She has garnered international fame and recognition through female bodybuilding while still maintaining her feminine appeal.

Pauline has appeared in several large circulation magazines, including a cover on IRON MAN magazine and the Swedish bodybuilding publication BODY Magazine. She has been sponsored by Better Bodies, Optimum Nutrition Inc., and is a writer for Bodybuilding.com.

Pauline was the Swedish trainer in the TV-show the Biggest Loser in which her protégé won that season thanks to losing 90 lbs in ten weeks under Pauline’s supervision.

She lives and trains in Venice Beach, California with her husband, the photographer and director of photography, Pavel Ythjall. They own the fitness and wellness company Conforce.
