Paul Julian Mowatt (born 28 November 1962) is a British photographer, the son of David and Catherine Mowatt, and the former husband of Marina Ogilvy, only daughter of Princess Alexandra of Kent and The Rt. Hon. Sir Angus Ogilvy. He was born in London .

He married Marina on 2 February 1990 at St. Andrew's Church in Ham, Surrey. The marriage ended in divorce on 4 December 1997. He and Marina have two children, Zenouska and Christian.

He lives in South West London and works as a fashion and portrait photographer. He has been voted as one of the top 100 Black and White photographers in the UK.
