Paul Montgomery was the Vice President of NewTek and later co-President of Play, Inc.

Montgomery was known for his promotional skills, which helped a small company from Topeka, Kansas get major national press attention for its products, including feature stories on the NBC Nightly News and an article in Rolling Stone Magazine.

He died in June 1999.
