Paul Millar (born 1966) is a Northern Irish Football manager and former player. He is currently the manager of Belfast Irish Premier League club Glentoran F.C..

As a player Millar started his career with Glentoran. After scoring 15 goals in 28 appearances, he moved to Portadown. He then left Northern Ireland and played for Port Vale briefly before spending five years at Cardiff. After three years at Linfield he returned to former club Portadown. After player/manager roles at Bangor, Ballymena and Brantwood, where he gained his European A Coaching Licence, he took up a full-time managerial position at Newry Town.[1]

Following the resignation of Roy Coyle, he was appointed as the manager of Glentoran on February 14, 2006.[2]
