Paul Lambert (CFL)

Paul Lambert (born 21 November 1975, Montreal, Quebec, Canada) is a Canadian Football League offensive guard for the Montreal Alouettes. He is a very active member in the team's community programmes.
Lambert played in the local football system until university, when he was granted a scholarship to Western Michigan.
Lambert currently resides in Vaudreuil, Montreal, with his wife Pamela Ranger and daughter Tatum (born May 2004), son Jake (born August 2002), and daughter Lauren (born February 1996).
