Paul Huck

Paul C. Huck is a United States District Judge for the Southern District of Florida. He is best known for overseeing the trial of Jack Abramoff, the former lobbyist and businessman.
"AP reports U.S. District Judge Paul C. Huck sentenced Abramoff and Kidan to five years and 10 months in prison for fraud in the 2000 purchase of SunCruz Casinos, the minimum sentence recommended under federal guidelines. Besides Huck giving the men the least amount of prison time possible, he also agreed to postpone prison-reporting dates for the men." [1]
