Paul Douglas is a meteorologist for WCCO-TV in Minneapolis-St.Paul and founded EarthWatch Communications in 1990. He has authored two books, Prairie Skies and Restless Skies and made a cameo appearance in the movie Twister as himself. Before joining WCCO-TV Paul worked at WBBM-TV in Chicago as a meteorologist.
