Paul Curran (born 1981) is an Irish sportsman. He plays in the corner-back position on the Tipperary senior hurling team.

Paul Curran was born in Mullinahone, County Tipperary in 1981. He was educated locally and plays his club hurling with Mullinahone with whom he won a County Senior Hurling medal with in 2002. The following year Curran captained the Waterford Institute of Technology to Fitzgibbon Cup honours. He made his Senior inter-county debut for Tipperary against Cork in the 2001 National League. Later that same year he went on to win a National League winners medal and a Munster Championship as a substitute. Curran made his full Senior championship debut against Offaly in 2002. He played full-back for Tipperary in the 2003 championship and has been an ever present at corner-back in 2004 and 2005.
