Pathsala is considered as the temple of mobile theatre.It is not only a place of education but also a place of business.Pathsala is the sub-division of Barpeta district.Famous Devdasi dance was started here atParihareswar Devalaya at Dubi which is about 6 kilometers away from Pathsala town.Pathsala is also strong in politicaL controversy.
