Patrick Henry Dougherty (October 27, 1876 - April 30, 1940) was a Major League baseball outfielder. Dougherty was born in Andover, New York.
He was the first player to hit two home runs in a single World Series game, doing so with the Boston Americans in Game 2 of the first modern World Series.[1]
Dougherty died in Bolivar, NY at the age of 63. He was laid to rest at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Bolivar, NY.[2]
