Patriotic Party (UK)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Patriotic Party was a far right political party in the United Kingdom. It was founded in 1964 by Major General Sir Richard Hilton, formerly a leading member of the League of Empire Loyalists, faced with a dramatic decline in the membership of that organisation. It stood two candidates in the 1964 UK general election, but they achieved only 1,108 votes between them and the party appears to have been disbanded a short while afterwards.
