There have been several groups called the Patriot Party, the Patriotic Party, or similar:

- Patriot Party (a socialist group founded in the late 1960s)
- White Patriot Party (a white supremacist group founded in 1987)
- Patriot Party (active in the early 1990s, a predecessor to the Reform Party)
- American Patriot Party (Jeffersonian political philosophy states rights party founded in 2003 and is still active)
- In 2006, discontent conservatives were eager to start a party based solely on fundamental right-wing idealism. They called their fledgling effort the "Patriot Party", but this is just one of many such efforts, and similar parties already exist.
