Patriot Athletic Conference

The Patriot Athletic Conference is a high school athletic conference created for the 2005-2006 academic school year on the west and southwest side of the Cleveland, Ohio area.
The member schools are divided into two divisions by enrollment with the Stars Division consisting of the larger schools while the Stripes Division consists of the smaller schools:

- Brookside High School (Sheffield, Ohio, home of the Cardinals)
- Buckeye High School (Medina, Ohio, home of the Bucks)
- Keystone High School (Lagrange, Ohio, home of the Wildcats)
- Wellington High School (Wellington, Ohio, home of the Dukes)
