Patrick Wayne (born July 15, 1939, in Los Angeles, California), is an American entertainment personality. He is the son of movie actor John Wayne. He has appeared in, among others, McLintock!, Shenandoah, All My Children, Texas Detour, Big Jake, The Gatling Gun, as well as hosting the 1990 revival of Tic Tac Dough, which was probably his best known role. He is rumored to have been offered the role of Superman in 1978, but declined it because of his father's failing health.

He made a cameo in the movie Young Guns as Pat Garrett.

In 2003, Patrick became Chairman of the John Wayne Cancer Institute.
