Patrick Maugein

Patrick Maugein is the non-executive chairman of London-based SOCO International Plc, a major oil exploration conglomerate; also known for is alleged profiteering in the Oil-for-Food Programme, and for his ties to the inner circle of former fugitive financier Marc Rich, and as a political confidant of Jacques Chirac.
