Patrick Leclercq

Patrick Leclercq (born 1938) was the Minister of State of Monaco. He was appointed on January 5, 2000, replacing Michel Lévêque. He had previously served as France's ambassador to Spain.
Leclercq was born in Lille and graduated from Ecole nationale d'administration (ENA). He stepped down on May 1, 2005 and was replaced by Jean-Paul Proust.
