Patrick J. Kelly

Patrick J. Kelly born September 8, 1935 in Sioux Lookout, Ontario was one of the founders and the first commissioner of the East Coast Hockey League in 1989. The league playoff champions wins a trophy in named his honor, the Kelly Cup. Pat also coached the Colorado Rockies for two years in the late 1970's.
