Patrick Ewing, Jr.

Patrick Ewing, Jr. (born May 20, 1984 in Boston, Massachusetts, USA) is a college basketball player. He is the son of retired NBA great Patrick Ewing. He is a 6-foot-10, 240-pound forward. He attended Holy Innocents' Episcopal School and Marietta High School in Georgia and National Christian Academy in Maryland. He signed with Indiana University on May 1, 2003. Following in his father's footsteps, he transferred in 2005 to Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.. Under the NCAA transfer rules, Patrick Ewing, Jr. had to sit out the 2005-06 season. Son of Sharon Campbell, has three brothers and three sisters. One brother, Joshua Arnold, plays for Marietta High School in Marietta, Georgia.
Patrick wears jersey number 33, like his father. Alonzo Mourning was last to use this number for Georgetown, and Patrick reportedly had to get Mourning's permission before using it.[1]
