Patrice Motsepe

Patrice Motsepe (born 1962) is a leading black South African mining entrepreneur. His company, African Rainbow Minerals (ARMGold), has interests in gold, ferrous metals, base metals, and platinum.
He is married to Dr. Precious Moloi and they have three children.
Patrice Motsepe was voted South Africa's Business Leader of the Year in 2002[1]. In 2004 he was voted 39th in the Top 100 Great South Africans.
As a passionate football lover he also owns Mamelodi Sundowns FC which is the most succesfull premiership club in S.A since the inception of the Premier Soccer League in 1996 going on to win 4 league titles and a few cups. Still the only club to have won 3 consecutive league titles. He is also a big contributer to the social development of SA, sponsoring a few disadvantaged NGO's and school journeys aimed at discovering the future starts of SA soccer.
Appointed to the Board of ARMGold in 2003 and became Executive Chairman during 2004.
