Patric-Fritz Leitner (born February 23, 1977) is a German luger. Together with Alexander Resch he won the Men's Doubles event at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, United States. They also competed at the 2006 Winter Olympics, finishing sixth.
In addition they won the World Championships in 1999, 2000 and 2004.
