Patacón, plural patacones, (Spanish, derived from Italian patacca)
- an old kind of Spanish coin or an old coin of a Spanish-speaking country
- various kinds of bonds called patacones and issued in Spanish-speaking countries like Mexico or Argentina
- a special kind of fried banana chip typical of northwestern South America and the Caribbean, usually served with lentils or rice
- a slang term for ticks in Honduras.
