Pat Gallagher (born March 29, 1963) is a former Irish Labour Party politician. He was a Teachta Dála for Laois-Offaly from 1992 to 1997.

Previously a workshop manager, Gallagher was elected to Dáil Éireann for Laois-Offaly during the swing to Labour in the 1992 general election.

Like other Labour TDs elected in 1992, he lost his seat at the 1997 general election. His seat was taken by Tom Enright of Fine Gael. Gallagher successfully contested a Seanad seat in the same year on the Industrial and Commercial Panel. He had previously unsuccessfully contested the 1989 general election He did not contest the 2002 election.

He was elected a local councillor in 1999 for Tullamore.

He is the current County Manager for County Galway, in Galway County Council.
