Pasir Ris New Town is a new town in the Eastern part of Singapore. Built by the Housing and Development Board, it is bounded by the Pasir Ris Drive 12, the Tampines Expressway, Old Tampines Road, east edge of Loyang Valley, south of Loyang Industrial Estate, a canal leading to Serangoon Harbour, and the south edge of Pasir Ris Park back to Pasir Ris Drive 12.
