Stimpy's Pregnant: Part 1 is an (as yet unaired) Ren and Stimpy episode. Story and Storyboard: John K., Jeff Amey, Richard Pursel, Matt Roach, Steve Stefanelli, and Warren Leonheardt. Supervision: M. John Kricfalusi.

At the beginning of the episode, Stimpy wakes up starts displaying common symptoms of pregnancy, such as vomiting. Stimpy decides that he is pregnant and informs a reluctant Ren, who at first is against Stimpy having a child and suggests a coathanger abortion to "take care of the little bugger!" Stimpy assures Ren that their child will be just like him and Ren, longing for similar companionship, goes along with it. In the next scene Ren is particularly enthusiastic about the news and summarily unsympathetic to Stimpy, who is still doing all the household chores. At the end of this two part episode Stimpy's water breaks. Ren races Stimpy to the hospital. To be continued in Stimpy's Pregnant Part 2: The Blessed Event.

  • While speaking at Nassau College in November 1992 Bob Camp speculated that this episode (Stimpy pregnant with Ren's lovechild) was the original plot for the pilot episode (the pilot ended up being Big House Blues). [1]
  • There were some scenes that were storyboarded but not animated because of the negative reactions to Ren and Stimpy being gay. One of these, according to John Krisfaulsi, was a suggestive scene between Ren and Stimpy.
  • This was meant for another season of Ren & Stimpy Adult Party Cartoon, but was canceled before it could be aired. It was on The Lost Episodes DVD with Altrusits (another meant for season 2) and Naked Beach Frenzy (banned from first season).
