Parilla (35°17′S 140°40′E) is a town in the Murray Mallee region of South Australia. It is on the Mallee Highway between Lameroo and Pinnaroo. Parilla has traditionally been a local centre for grain growing, although it is now known for growing vegetables such as potatoes.
