Paranhos (pron. IPA: [pɐ'ɾɐɲuʃ]) is a parish in the municipality of Porto, Portugal. It is the largest and the most populated of the 15 parishes that compose the municipality.
It has an area of 6.67 km² and a population of 48,686 (as of 2001) giving a population density of 7,299 inhabitants per km². Local landmarks include the Areosa Church, various faculties of the University of Porto and the sprawling Hospital de São João (Saint John Hospital).
