Paradise is a city in Russell County, Kansas, United States. The population was 64 at the 2000 census.

Paradise is located at 39°6′56″N, 98°55′3″W (39.115445, -98.917428)GR1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.6 km² (0.2 mi²), all land.

As of the censusGR2 of 2000, there were 64 people, 28 households, and 16 families residing in the city. The population density was 98.8/km² (251.8/mi²). There were 36 housing units at an average density of 55.6/km² (141.6/mi²). The racial makeup of the city was 96.88% White, 1.56% Native American, and 1.56% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.56% of the population.

There were 28 households out of which 35.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.6% were married couples living together, 7.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 39.3% were non-families. 39.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 21.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.29 and the average family size was 3.12.

In the city the population was spread out with 26.6% under the age of 18, 7.8% from 18 to 24, 25.0% from 25 to 44, 21.9% from 45 to 64, and 18.8% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 42 years. For every 100 females there were 106.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 88.0 males.

The median income for a household in the city was $28,333, and the median income for a family was $34,375. Males had a median income of $26,563 versus $11,250 for females. The per capita income for the city was $15,253. There were 23.1% of families and 14.3% of the population living below the poverty line, including 30.0% of under eighteens and none of those over 64.
