Back in the Red: Part II was the second episode of the eighth series of the television comedy series Red Dwarf.

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

Using the luck virus and the confidential reports, Rimmer begins a scheme to get promotion. The luck virus has the welcomed side-affect of making him attractive to all the female crew members too (And Kochanski was effected too but with Lister). Meanwhile, Kryten has been restored to his factory settings and Lister plans an escape plan with Kochanski and Cat.

  • A sign on the door identifies the doctor's character as Dr. Legs Akimbo. However, this isn't visible in the finished episode.
