[edit] Title vs. Item

Perhaps we could have two sections to this article. The first could be about the Panagia, the Theotokos and why the Orthodox Church celebrates her by this title, and the second could be about a panagia, an engolpion of her, as worn by a bishop. JHCC 16:35, 1 Jun 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Panagia/Panayia

User:Caa896 copied the entire article to another article entitled Panayia. Since this is just an alternate transliteration, I've changed that page to a redirect to this, as well as adding a couple of details. JHCC 01:32, 22 Jun 2005 (UTC)

a note about the transliteration (google test):

Panaghia about 24800 results Panagia about 127000 results Panayia about 11200 results.

I believe we should add a line clarifying even further the meaning of this title: Panagia is holy on everything, on all aspects.MATIA 23:43, 17 August 2005 (UTC)
