During World War II, Germany had mixed and combined many divisions according to the circumstances. At the beginning of the war, these are amount of tanks possessed by the Germans from the start of Operation Barbarossa - June 22, 1941:

The type of Panzers in each division is unknown because divisions merged under stressful circumstances.
Also, all commanders of these divisions is unknown, due to dis-organization in the army.
