Pannaivilai is a small village covered by palm trees situated in Tuticorin District, Tamil Nadu, India. Since missionary Rev. John Thomas Tucker and Mother Amy Carmichael ministered in this place mostly christians reside here. This place in an historical and religious place.

Pudur is situated on the East of Pannaivilai, on the West is Perungulam Lake, Pandaravilai, Mannarayanthattu, on the South Pannaivilai Bungalow, Perungulam village (Town Panchayat) Eral and on the North is Kombukaranpottal, Nattathi and Sawyerpuram. Pannaivilai is 23km south of Tuticorin, (District Head Quarter) Tuticorin is famous for salt manufacturing, shipping etc.,
