Pangamot is a Filipino martial art taught by Dan Inosanto, Kevin B. Smith, and many others. It is composed of panantukan (hand techniques), dumog (grappling), pananjakman (kicking and sweeping), kaukit (foot trapping), and kino mutai (biting and gouging).
