Pandora is a village in Putnam County, Ohio, United States. The population was 1,188 at the 2000 census.

Pandora is located at 40°56′49″N, 83°57′36″W (40.946883, -83.959905)GR1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 2.1 km² (0.8 mi²), all land.

As of the censusGR2 of 2000, there were 1,188 people, 442 households, and 331 families residing in the village. The population density was 566.3/km² (1,462.0/mi²). There were 458 housing units at an average density of 218.3/km² (563.7/mi²). The racial makeup of the village was 98.74% White, 0.34% African American, 0.59% from other races, and 0.34% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.26% of the population.

There were 442 households out of which 35.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 64.7% were married couples living together, 6.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 25.1% were non-families. 22.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 10.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.51 and the average family size was 2.96.

In the village the population was spread out with 24.8% under the age of 18, 7.7% from 18 to 24, 27.5% from 25 to 44, 19.6% from 45 to 64, and 20.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 38 years. For every 100 females there were 90.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 86.0 males.

About 2.7% of families and 4.0% of the population were below the poverty line, including 2.5% of those under age 18 and 4.7% of those age 65 or over.
