The image doesn't pertain to Pamela as can be seen from Private_Eye#Andrew_Neil_image and its source/reference. For further confirmation, look at the actual image of Pamela Bordes on the HT feature. --Gurubrahma 10:29, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
