• तो कवि डालडा विकतो. (That poet sells Dalda (a brand of hydrogenated vegetable oil).) Note that according to new Marathi spelling (शुद्धलेखन) standards, the word for poet should be written as कवी, and not as कवि. However, writing it as कवि achieves the perfect palindrome. "காக்கா" meaning crow is one of the few true palindromes in Tamil. "மோரு தருமோ" meaning "Can I get some buttermilk(?)" is one of the longest sentence-palindromes in the language.
