Palabas is the debut album of Pinoy rock band Sponge Cola. It was released on October 18, 2004 under Sony Music Philippines. This album contains some of the early songs that was made before the band became officially Sponge Cola. The album is made up of a well-balanced mix of rock and mellow. The abundance of Tagalog tracks made the album an instant hit for fans and non-fans as well. The songs "Lunes", "klsp", "Jeepney", and "Gemini" became popular hits on the radio.

In 2005, Sponge Cola released a repackaged edition of Palabas with a bonus AVCD entitled "Sponge Cola - The Romeo & Juliet Experience" containing a music video of "Gemini", and bonus audio tracks that includes the remastered version and piano version of "Gemini", acoustic versions of "Jeepney" and "KLSP" and an unreleased track titled "Boundless".

Palabas means "show/program" in Tagalog.
