The Great Otis Redding Sings Soul Ballads (1965) |
Pain in My Heart is the debut album of soul singer-songwriter Otis Redding. The album spawned four successful singles: "These Arms of Mine" (R&B #20; US #85), "That's What My Heart Needs" (R&B #27), "Security" (US #97), and the title track (US #61). Since Billboard Magazine did not publish an R&B singles chart in 1964 and early 1965, the R&B chart peaks of the latter two singles are unknown.
