Pain de campagne

Pain de Campagne ("country bread", in French) is a chewy, crusty, husky (French) bread, decorated traditionally with grapes made from the left-over dough. Made from a starter or a sponge, its ingredients are yeast, water, whole-wheat flour, white flour and salt.
