Paige Summers (born Nancy Coursey July 21, 1976 in Lorain, Ohio, USA, died September, 2003) was an American adult model and a porn star. She moved with her family to Morganton, North Carolina and graduated from Freedom High School where her senior superlative was "Barbie Look-Alike". She was first chosen Pet of the Month August 1996 and Penthouse Pet of the Year in 1998.
Paige Summers had appeared on many websites and in some Penthouse videos.
She died from a drug overdose at the home of her boyfriend, a local real estate developer in Western North Carolina.
