Pagri

Pagri (or Phari) is a town in Xizang Zizhiqu, (Tibet Autonomous Region) China. It is one of the highest and coldest town in the world, being 15,000 feet above the sea-level. Phari is of considerable military importance in the early 20th century which was occupied by the British expedition of 1904.
