[edit] Caption

The photo is of a giant seafood Paella cooked on the Catalonian National Day ("Paella Day") 2003 in the village square of Cornudella de Montsant, Spain. The cooks are adding brandy by the bottle. The man in maroon with the blue neckchief is tending the fire. Soon after the photo was taken the entire village (several hundred people) were served paella. The author can vouch that the paella was very good! (Note: Montsant has been misspelled in the URL of the picture. Oops.)
