Pa Kao Her

Pa Kao Her (Paj Kaub Hawj) was the leader of the Hmong Chao Fa movement in Laos after the fall of Laos to the communist faction. He worked on behalf of his people to fight oppression and genocide. He was assassinated in 2002 in Thailand. His brother Zong Zoua Her now leads the movement.
