P. N. Dhar

P.N. Dhar was head of Indira Gandhi's Prime Minister's office during the tumultuous days of the 1970 and, therefore, he had much influence in the unfolding of those events. He was also a professor of economics at Delhi University.

His wife is the singer-writer Sheila Dhar.
