I found another website with the exact same thing on it while I was trying to find new information for this article. I'm new to wikipedia, and don't know how to proceed. could someone please offer some guidance? thanks :)

This is not a copyright violation. The text on http://experts.about.com/ is copied from Wikipedia. They are allowed to do this, they note in small text at the bottom that they copied it from Wikipedia. Edward 11:51, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
