Description: Hikers on the Taum Sauk section of the Ozark Trail.
Caption: These day-hikers are taking a water break in an igneous glade on the side of Taum Sauk Mountain in Iron County, Missouri. The Taum Sauk portion of the Ozark Trail is considered by many to be one of the most appealing sections of the trail. This view looks westward down the Taum Sauk Creek valley.
