Oz Garcia

Oz Garcia is a nutritional counselor and life extension specialist, businessman, and author.
Garcia is CEO of the health and well-being consulting firm Personal Best Inc. which specializes in progressive nutrition and anti-aging treatments. Oz is also the founder of The Longevity Lounge, a clinical anti-aging destination.
He is also the author of The Balance and The Healthy HighTech Body, updated and released as Look and Feel Fabulous Forever (January, 2003). Both books are published by ReganBooks/HarperCollins.
Garcia is known as the "Nutritionist to the Stars" and was Hilary Swank's nutritionist during her role in "Million Dollar Baby" helping her gain 19 pounds of lean muscle and then losing it safely once the movie was completed. He was also Kim Cattrall's nutritionist during the last years of her role as Samantha Jones on "Sex and The City."
