Oyster River High School

Oyster River High School (ORHS), part of the Oyster River School District (ORSD), is a public high school located in Durham, New Hampshire. It serves Durham and the neighboring communities of Lee and Madbury. Notable alumni include the writer Joyce Maynard, sportscaster Jack Edwards, and U.S.Congresswoman-elect Carol Shea-Porter.

The school has ranked among the best public schools in New Hampshire. During 2001-2003 it had a graduation rate of 96.97%. The school also has had strong success in sports, especially in boys soccer, which has won several state championships.

In 2006 the school underwent a major expansion to its facilities, at a cost in excess of $22 million.
