Owen Parkin

Owen Parkin (born September 24, 1972) is an English cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-pace bowler. Born in Coventry, he took 5/28 on his Sunday League debut, after a season in which he had spent much of the time incapacitated with a back injury.
His first-class career began with Glamorgan in 1994, playing twice during the 1994 County Championship, though he had previously played twice during the 1991 Second XI championship with Hampshire before playing with the Glamorgans. He played three times during the 2002 B&H Cup, and again during the 2003 Twenty20 Cup. He aided the Glamorgan progress up the league ladder between 2001 and 2002, and retired from first-class cricket in 2003.
