The town centre (dark green) and the statistical district (light green) of Overslag in the municipality of Terneuzen.

Overslag (51°12′N 3°53′E) is a town in the Dutch province of Zeeland. It is a part of the municipality of Terneuzen, and lies about 36 km southeast of Vlissingen.

In 2001, the town of Overslag had 113 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.051 km2, and contained 48 residences.[1] The statistical area "Overslag", which also can include the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 250.[2]
